Lunch post a wine tasting . The wine tasting lacked formation and care. Not sure if we had the paid tasting may have had given more attention. But a very big but is the lunch was Devine. I indulged with the duck so succulent and tasty my partner ordered the lamb. The care and attention was 5 star in the restaurant . Please do not miss out on a meal here.
Room and facilities were great.However, we had a room that could interconnect with the room next door.At one point after 10.00pm the room next door had kids and no adult, you can imagine the noise and games.After the 4th call trying to communicate with someone from the hotel, I was successful and they sent security.However, we had to call again at 11.00pm when they started to play a 5 second game which sounded like they were running around the room and jumping on beds. They also woke up our young daughter.The walls and doors keep no noise out.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here on Saturday night. Food and wine were amazing. Service was second to none. Thanks for making the night so good!
Rooms are really large. Pool is great but too cold in winter sadly. Stuff at reception was great. Bath is used too much and should be renovated. Its bit expensive but allright. Has nice lawn areas with a lot birds especially parrots. The restaurant is not good.
We booked lunch here after it was recommended by staff at a winery in the Barossa. We were incredibly grateful for the tip, as everything about the food we ordered was spectacular. Seriously. We couldnt fault anything. We had three courses and each was amazing. Definitely worth adding Serafino to your to-do list if youre visiting the McLaren Vale area.
