Property management left much to be desired. Constant staff turnover, behind on rent collection, slow responses to issues, delays in getting payment, funds being withheld needlessly, cancellation of inspections or worse still not showing up at all. Basically took our business for granted! When finally left they slugged us with whole lot of management fees out of spite. Not happy...definitely better options out there.
We just sold our house through Harcourts. Carly Frost was the person who sold it for us. We are very happy with all the work Carly did for us. Prior to selling it was rented out. Amy was our property manager and she did a great job as well. I can highly recommend Harcourts both for renting out a property and for selling.
Id just like to say how pleased we were with Chriss attitude to selling our property. His professional approach and presentation was outstanding from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and the results speak for themselves. It was on the market briefly before achieving the desired outcome.
